The WWE is negoitating with Raw GM Eric Bischoff and Smackdown GM Teddy Long on trading Raw's Kane and Matt Hardy with Smackdown's Orlando Jordan & Rey Mysterio. There is also talks of sending the Hurricane back to Smackdown when WWE produces the new Cruiserweight Division to consist of Juvi, Rey Mysterio, Nunzio, Super Crazy, Tajiri, Hurricane, Kid Kash, CM Punk, Ultimo Dragon, Great Sasuke, Taka Michinoku, Low-Ki, Scotty 2 Hotty, Pschosis, Sho Funaki, Danny Doring, & More.
