WWE Legends is at work to sign former WWE superstar Scott Hall aka Razor Ramon. There are also rumors floating that WWE Legends is trying to sign the "New Razor" played by Ric Titan. Titan is best known for his work with New Japan and USWA. Often going under the name "Free Spirit" Ric Titan an idea was brought to the table by "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase about using Titan/Hall in a short program to gain some tv buyrates for 15 minutes. Hall is close to signing a new TNA deal with Kevin Nash to reunite as the Outsiders to fued with the New Age Outlaws BG & Kip James. Hall and TNA are still shaking on the terms of the deal so it might be longer than expected but it would probably be a short term deal anyways. There is also talks of Scott Hall bringing back the Razor Ramon character to appear on Carlito's Cabanna at the 3 hour mega Raw event.
