Jake "The Snake" Roberts was found at a local A-B-C store in Indiana where he was passed out overflowing with liquor from his mouth. He was charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possesion, and having a fake id. Though all charges were dropped when the Chief of Police Trevor Bateman, who is a huge wrestling fan realized who he was. He let him sit in the drunk tank overnight and was released in the early morning under custody of his daughter. Jake still joking around said to cameras outside that next time he's going for a keg, carton, and a DDT!
