"The Franchise" Shane Douglas has been telling everyone he is not appearing at the ECW Pay-Per-View but we beg to differ. Word going around is that Douglas will be right down the street from the event that night. And some how he will end up being on the show by the end of the night. Probably cutting a promo on how he was left out on the Rise and Fall of ECW and not booked on the show.
