Word going around is that The NEW Hart Foundationi will consist of Teddy HART and Harry SMITH along with valet Natti NEIDHART! These are legit members of the Hart family. Only time will tell how exactly they will be used. HARRY SMITH (Son of Davey Boy Smith and Grandson of Stu Hart) will be appearing on RAW tonight! So more than likely the Hart Foundation will be forming very soon.
