RVD while recovering from his surgery underwent several tests to make sure there was no infection in his ankle. After being tested RVD, he showed up positve for marijuana. Though he claimed to be in Vancouver the night before for a comic con convention and there was smokers there and he was only 2nd hand. Look out for a new line of RVD comics in the future called "The Rise and Fall of RVD".
