I'm new to the alabama scene does anyone know who the best promotions in alabama are? i wanna check um all out

Check out Great Championship Wrestling in Phenix City, AL. They have an event every Wednesday night at 7:30 pm EST and there has been talk of them touring.

I also suggest GCW (Great Championship Wrestling) for quality pro-wrestling in AL. NWA-WB has a pretty decent product too and it's getting better with every show. Not sure if Percy Pringle is still running Mobile or not.

Action Sports of Alabama has a live pro wresting show in Montgomery on 4/6.

Depends on where in southern Alabama you're talking about there are a few on the eastern side of AL including SXW, SPW and LAW. On the western side of AL there is the AWF-Mobile and a few others.
